DataWebPRO is on Twitter. http://twitter.com/datawebpro. Twitter is not the first place you should go for support but we have been known to provide assistance there if you are having trouble reaching the support desk or contacting us by email. Be careful what you write on Twitter because your posts are public. Never send any login information to your accounts through a Twit. Your posts also appear on this blog. Better to use Twitter to read announcements and/or contribute a short comment. In a Pinch though please do ask for support through Twitter. Think of Twitter as a beeper that will get our attention but do not post any private information in a tweet.
New Services

Need some help installing and optimizing Wordpress and Joomla? Need to customize headers or make other minor theme or template modifications? We can help. We’ve started a new service to provide quick-start Wordpress or Joomla services. DataWebPRO customers receive 35% off on most services we provide. I’ve been providing installation, optimization and training services informally for years. The demand has grown to the point that a formal system is needed.
This service will now be offered in a more structured way with several different levels of services. This is a brand new service and prices will fluctuate for the first few months as we guage response and time involved to provide services. In additon our initial services will be limited in scope and quantity and only a certain number of customers will be accepted.
If you are interested in Fast Start services for Wordpress and/or Joomla installs, or have an interest in social bookmarking, blog posting and content writing, submit a ticket to the help desk and just say “yes, I’m interested”. We will contact you first when the doors open.
