Twitter is not the first place you should go for support but we have been known to provide assistance there if you are having trouble reaching the support desk or contacting us by email. Be careful what you write on Twitter because your posts are public. Never send any login information to your accounts through a Twit. Your posts also appear on this blog. Better to use Twitter to read announcements and/or contribute a short comment. In a Pinch though please do ask for support through Twitter. Think of Twitter as a beeper that will get our attention but do not post any private information in a tweet.
